I run personal trainings at the Total Fitness Club, Ochota al. Bohaterów Września 9,  near to the shopping centre Blue City and City Fit Targowek ul.Głębocka 13, near to the shopping centre. Atrium Targówek.

You can make an appointment at another location (gym, outdoors or the customer’s location). I can run dietary consultations in Warsaw or online via Skype. If you want to contact me about training, please write the name of the club, what days and at what time you want to train. This will help me to answer faster.
