e live in a world where more and more children are obese, has health problems since birth, or they appear later, in adolescence.Today’s food is different than it used to be. The same tomato once and today? The one which is grown naturally have more vitamins than the one that is grown in a way „to be faster.” In my opinion, the problem lies not only in the modified food, but also our ignorance in choosing products. Aware parent means informed and healthy baby.
What should a child eat?
This is what I teach parents during my dietary consultation. The child learns eating habits from their parents. Therefore, coaching involves parents and children.
Children need special attention in the selection of nutritional products. Let me show you that it is neither difficult nor expensive, nor impossible to do. The sooner you start the easier it is to implement good habits in a child’s life.
